Parcelas plantadasen suelos arcillo calizos a 570m de altitud y clima mediterráneo. Se encuentran en el Paraje Calafuig, provincia de Alicante.
Proceso de Producción
Vino envejecido durante 12 meses en madera de roble francés. Contiene Monastrell, merlot y cabernet sauvignon. La madera y la fruta se fusionan a la perfección dándonos un vino complejo.
Cata
Vino de color rojo rubí. En nariz tiene notas a frutras rojas, café, especias. Su trascurso en boca es elegantye y sedoso. Y en el retrogusto nos volveremos a encontrar con las notas percibidas en la fase olfativa
