Designed by renowned architect Norman Foster, its modernist architecture stands as a testament to the brand's innovative approach. Today, Portia ranks among the foremost destinations for wine enthusiasts.

Regarding the meticulous production process, Portia seamlessly blends timeless dedication with cutting-edge techniques. Their wines originate from meticulously tended family vineyards, ensuring uncompromising quality control from vine to bottle.

Production process

Crafted under precise temperature control, this wine goes through a double fermentation process. First, there is alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Then, it spends 15 months slumbering in French oak barrels, undergoing a secondary fermentation that softens the acidity and adds intriguing flavors.
