Norrel Robertson, also called "The Flying Scotsman," chose the Calatayud region to create wines under the El Escocés Volante brand, paying homage to Garnacha. His passion and craftsmanship are reflected in this wine, which has become a symbol of his dedication and respect for traditions.
Production Process
Respecting the traditional approach to production while integrating modern technology, each Garnacha berry harvested from ancient vines is carefully hand-selected. The process then involves slow maceration and meticulous aging in oak barrels, allowing the wine to acquire its unique character and depth.
